I’m a big fan of the movie Love Actually. So when it came time for my husband and I to pick our first dance song I knew if it was totally my decision that I wanted the song, Songbird by Eva Cassidy from the movie. These lyrics still make me swoon: And the songbirds keep singing like they know the score. And I love you, I love you, I love you, like never before. To you, I would give the world. To you, I’d never be cold. ‘Cause I feel that when I’m with you. It’s alright. I know it’s right. Thankfully, my hubby told me I could pick our first dance song if he could pick the last song of the night, Sinatra’s New York, New York. (Yes, he’s a Yankees fan.)
